Kyra is a Doctoral Researcher and Teaching Associate in the School of Social Sciences at Monash University. Her research focuses on the intersection of business and society through exploring Sustainable Business Models (SBM) and the transformation of private sector organisations. By employing theory of positive organisational scholarship (Appreciative Inquiry), her project explores the process of how SMEs innovate their business models and transition to SBMs.
Kyra is a trained human geographer who completed her Bachelor (First Class Hons) in the UK and Mexico. Her Master of Arts in Global Studies was jointly awarded by the University of Freiburg (Germany) and FLACSO Buenos Aires (Argentina).
Following her studies, Kyra worked as a Project Manager in the field of development cooperation and as a Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Consultant. She is an internationally certified Trainer, Coach, and Consultant (New Work) according to ISO 17024 with a keen interest to accompany individuals and organisations through processes of change.
